LPG Recovery Plant at Lakwa, Assam for Gas Authority of India Limited for a value of RS. 700 lakhs completed in record time. Engineers India Limited was the third inspection agency.

Work involved erection of 382 MT of static and 462 MT of rotating equipments, erection of LPG Column, LEF Column, Dryers etc with heavy duty crane. Rotating equipment included field gas compressor, expander compressor, instrument air compressor, auxiliaries, pumps, flare system etc. Scope of plant piping work included carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, low temperature carbon steel etc. The utility network of the plant Including fire water system, instrument air, plant air etc.

LPG Column weighing 48 MT at a height of 43 M and LEF Column weighing 35 MT at a height of 37 M were erected.

Aromatic Plant - RPL Project, Jamnagar, Gujarat

  Completed major mechanical works for fabrication, erection, structural piping,
equipment erection of Aromatic Project of Reliance Petroleum Limited at Jamnagar
Refinery, Jamnagar, Gujarat for a contract value more than Rs.400 lakhs.

The scope of work included 160,000 inch meter erection, 35,000 ID welding, erection
of 1400 Ton of static and rotary equipment and fabrication and erection of 700 MT
structural works.
